Coronavirus: an update on our support

Dear partners,

I hope that you, your family and friends are all safe and well. 

As the effects of the coronavirus outbreak are felt more acutely across the whole world, I want you to assure you that we are doing everything possible to continue supporting your respective businesses during these difficult times. 

You may have heard that the Russian government announced yesterday a one-week “stay-at-home” vacation for all employees in the country, running from March 30th to April 6th. The impact of the outbreak is making it increasingly difficult to maintain normal service levels for us all, but we remain committed to being there for you and maintain all aspects of our operations even during this “vacation”. We do not currently plan to stop any of our production processes, nor our ongoing R&D activities and technical support.

We had anticipated this situation as early as December 2019 and confirm that we have stocked up on sufficient components to continue the manufacturing of our entire product portfolio for many months to come.

The only bottleneck we may face is related to the delivery of the wireless units you have or will be ordering from us as the airlines continue to drastically scale down the number and frequency of their passengers and cargo flights. We do not expect this situation to last for more than 2 to 4 weeks.

There is no doubt these are truly extraordinary times. Please be assured that we are all working tirelessly on your behalf to protect you and your interests – today and during the weeks and months ahead.
