This year, the conference focus on sharing with you our understanding and view about key trends in the global wireless market, providing you with important technological developments and product releases in the InfiNet Wireless portfolio, as well as providing an opportunity to discuss and exchange new ideas between all participants with the aim of nurturing new relationships and levels of collaboration among you all.

WHAT IS INFINET WIRELESSE’S GLOBAL PARTNERS’ CONFERENCE?

The InfiNet Wireless Global Partners’ Conference is an invitation-only yearly event dedicated to bringing together our partner community and our executive teams. The conference provides exclusive access to InfiNet Wireless's industry vision and roadmap and has been designed to accelerate and grow your business with InfiNet Wireless.

The two-day program includes highly engaging sessions featuring presentations by InfiNet Wireless senior management and guest speakers; hands-on workshops with InfiNet Wireless product experts; and breakout sessions (both formal and informal) that enable the transfer of knowledge and skillset required to unlock growth potential.

WHEN IS THIS YEAR’S CONFERENCE?

Our conference for 2015 takes place on April 28th and 29th.

WHERE?

This year’s conference will be held in Valetta, Malta.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?

We take full care of all your expenses from arrival to departure. This includes airport transportation, food and drinks throughout your stay, etc. We will even throw in some entertainment in the evenings and arrange for visits to local sites of historic interest.

All we ask from you is to pay your return flight from your usual airport to Malta International Airport, Luqa.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY PEOPLE FROM MY COMPANY CAN ATTEND THIS YEAR’S CONFERENCE?

This depends entirely on your Partner’s status with InfiNet Wireless. Please contact your account manager for more details.

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED DRESS CODE FOR THE CONFERENCE?

Business casual … no suits please unless you wish to be the odd one out!

WHAT IS THE WEATHER IN VALETTA IN APRIL?

Temperatures in April average: 19 Celsius / 66 Fahrenheit.

CAN I BRING MY SPOUSE OR A PARTNER?

Yes. Please let us know at the time of confirming your attendance that you are bringing a spouse or partner.

We will try to accommodate as best as we can, subject to the availability of the relevant rooms. Any additional room fee for extra nights you wish to spend at our selected hotel will be charged directly to you, but you should be able to benefit from the special rates we have managed to negotiate with the hotel.

IS WI-FI AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL?

Yes. It is free in public area and rooms.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY REGISTRATION?

You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your registration within two working days of your registration. Please ensure that all of the information provided is accurate, and let us know if you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, or special diets.

IS INFINET OFFERING AIRPORT TRANSFERS?

Yes. All transportation requirements and costs within Malta will be paid for by InfiNet Wireless. We just need to know your flight details as far in advance as possible to arrange suitable transportation.

IF I WANT TO COME IN EARLY OR STAY AFTER THE CONFERENCE, IS THERE A SPECIAL ROOM RATE AVAILABLE?

Yes, you can indeed benefit from our special rates, but extra nights of stay in the hotel will have to be paid for by you directly to the hotel. Please provide this info as far in advance as possible to guarantee your extra nights.

DO I NEED A VISA TO TRAVEL TO MALTA?

This depends on your nationality. You are required to obtain a visa if you are a national of a country outside of the EU. We strongly advise you to check with your travel agency prior to travelling to avoid any delays when you arrive in Malta.
